Jessica Wolk
| Jessica became a licensed professional in 2008 after completing her internship at Holos. She is now in private practice in the Inner Richmond, where she works with both individuals and couples. | ![]() |
Jessica specializes in helping people with relationship issues, including romantic, family, and work-related. Her primary goal is to help people connect more deeply with themselves, believing that this is truly the basis for good relationship. She also treats anxiety, issues resulting from grief and loss, food-related difficulties, and spiritual crisis. Because she understands that one modality cannot serve everyone, her approach includes elements of traditional psychotherapy and is highly inclusive of mindfulness practices, psychosomatic experiences and spiritual explorations. A former Outward Bound instructor, Jessica holds the field of eco-psychology close to her heart. In both her life and her work, she regards the experience of being connected to the Earth as a primary source of clarity. She believes that each of us has a connection to the Earth, whether we consciously participate in this connection or not. In her work, she encourages clients to remember this relationship – with their bodies, their imaginations, and their experiences outdoors – so that they too can take part in this infinite circuit of support and healing. Jessica has stayed connected to the Holos community through offering supervision and training for Holos interns. She is honored to provide support, guidance and companionship to interns as they discover and refine who they are as clinicians and healers.
