Journey to the soul: Healing and Reclaiming the Divine Feminine.

This group will be a gathering of women who would like to journey on a path towards healing and reclaiming their true nature. Each of us contain our own individual woundings, but as women many of us inherited the deep wound to the divine feminine. Growing up in a patriarchy where much of the feminine energy is not honored has made it difficult for women to step into their power. We are reaching a new paradigm where the divine feminine needs to be reclaimed in order to bring balance back to ourselves and the planet and learn to live harmoniously with the earth again. This group will create support and guidance into the deep healing process and work towards awakening and honoring the divine feminine that exists in you. This will be an initiation into stepping into your own power and bringing forth your own voice and offerings.
We will meet in a healing circle once a week for 12 weeks. We will also experience one day in nature in order to learn new ways to connect with the earth and discover the ways that the Universe speaks to us and mirrors our own process.
Krista is a MFT intern at the Holos Institute. She provides psychotherapy and integrative healing for children, adults, families and groups. Her therapeutic approach integrates wisdom from Depth psychology, Somatics, Indigenous wisdom, Eastern philosophy, Jungian psychology, and Ecospsychology. She provides a holistic approach which incorporates multiple ways of knowing and integrates the mind, body, and spirit into the healing process.
