I know firsthand that being human is messy, beautiful, and full of contradictions. My own path has been shaped by doubt and uncertainty, missteps and growth, laughter and tears.

I believe we are all wired for healing and growth. With the right support, curiosity, and space, anyone can move toward greater authenticity, connection, and ease. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real relationship—not a performance. Together, we’ll work to build self-trust, deepen your relationships, and create more room in your life for what matters most.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as an engineer in the tech world—a background that taught me to think systematically, but also made me deeply aware of the ways we can disconnect from ourselves. My own journey has been one of learning to integrate intellect with emotion, structure with intuition, and work with meaning.

As a therapist, I show up as my real, imperfect, and fully present self. I believe healing happens when we have space to be authentic, to explore our inner worlds with curiosity, and to feel truly seen. Therapy with me is a co-creative process where we balance depth with humor, reflection with action, and presence with real talk.

I hold a Master’s in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies and have additional training in Gestalt, Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, Psychedelic Integration, and Ecotherapy. My approach is informed by a commitment to social justice and a belief that personal healing is deeply connected to the world around us.

Whether you're navigating big transitions, seeking more spaciousness in your life, or just trying to figure out what’s next, I’m here to sit with you—not as an expert on your life, but as a fellow traveler on this wild human journey.
